Guardian Financial ripoff bait and switch non disclosure Champlain New York

I was given a credit card approval over the phone provided I pre-paid $275.00 by Guardian Financial. That was in July. Two months later I was told that I had to send in a application. A month later I was told that I must send an additional $24.00 to get the card and that my original payment was in some sort of black hole never to be seen again. The phone bank works without an accountable person available and an attitude of sorry sucker you have lost your money!!
