Guardian Home Inspectors overlooked hazardous problems in our home Cresskill, New Jersey

To all prospective home owners:  If you want a thorough and accurate home inspection, please do not use Guardian Home Inspection!!!  We did and it was a nightmare!   Bill Roth (inspector) was
friendly, but did an extremely poor inspection.  He did not report to us that there was black mold in the basement, mice and animal carcasses and toxic ventilation issues in the attic, just to name a
few.  When we had discovered this prior to closing on the home, we asked the owner of the inspection company, Sean Campbell, to come out and see all that has been missed by his inspector.  He did agree that these important issues were missed and offered to remedy the situation. 
However, when I contacted him approx a month later to take care of the things he had outlined/promised, he told me he would once we closed on the home. 
Upon closing, I sent him emails and left voice messages without him returning any.  I was able to reach him at one point and he said that he had changed his mind and will not take care of
what was missed and had promised and that it was all my fault and became very
argumentative and used an unprofessional tone and language with me.  When I asked him if he was a man of his word, he emphatically responded NO, I am not and hung up the phone.  Obviously, this company should not be in the home inspection business for lack of skill, trustworthiness, and
professionalism.
