Bad Bad Company.  When I went on Guardian's website today I was so happy to see they got a $25,000.  fine from the DOT.  They deserve more probably but that's a start.

My experience with William started a year ago when my family was getting organized to move to Hilo, Hawaii from Washington state.  I called them hoping that the company would be helpfull to me to organize my move.  WRONG!!!  I would have been way, way better off to just go straight through Matson Frieght, especially since we paid for packing and didn't get any help from Guardian because it wasn't offered.  We packed our whole household ourselves.

Had to order our 20 foot container up ourselves.  Had to call the trucking company to come and pick it up in Washington.  Had to call Port of Hilo to find out when our autos and container were coming because nobody at Guardian seemed to know what was going on.

My husband and I did everything ourselves  and PAID  that very bad company  SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!  This move should have not cost more than $2500.00  for the 20 foot container which we packed all by ourselves.

This company is so poorly run it should just shut down and quit ripping people off.

Today I called to find out how much the reverse move would cost and LJ had the nerve to tell me it would cost  $6399.  He says it's cheaper to move back to the mainland.  I'm not quite sure how that works because the $6399 includes guys to pack, load and unload.  Once again we paid $7000. and did absolutly everything ourselves.  This did not include our vehicles which they did not do anything at all.  We paid Guardian  $150. a piece for absolutly nothing once again.

Please do not use this company.  They are sooooo nice to begin with.  Then they ALL (except Brittany) will avoid your phone calls.  Especially once they get some of your money. 

They are all very good manipulators.  Beware!!!
