Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased 2 bottles of H2O2 and 1 of Jutrian RX from this company. I paid through PayPal. Two of the bottles exploded enroute. I immediately called GOE and was told this sometimes happens and he would refund me for the two bottles and partial shipping. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then, no one will answer my phone messages nor my e-mails. It's my opinion that this is NOT a reputable company. I don't appreciate being ripped off and lied to.

The complaint above is 3 years old, so obviously we are not a fly-by-night company.
We have no way of knowing if bottles exploded or were damaged in shipping. However, this person was refunded in full and they were not required to return the product. We have no control over product being damages in shipping. We do reship or issue refunds - customer's choice - for claims of damaged product and do not make customers go through the claims process with the shipper - which most other companies do for damaged shipments.
