Guardian Shipping and storage, Guardian cargo logistics DISGUSTING SERVICE !! Movers BEWARE do not use Guardian Shipping LA California

We hired Guardian Shipping and Storage to move our household goods from Hawaii to the Main Land. I tried after about 3 weeks to find out when it would be arriving in LA. I wrote to Chris Brown and called leaving numerous messages for him for another 3 weeks and got no reply. 

Eventually when I did get a reply from guardian they charged us for over a month of storage fees that was due to them not getting in touch with us. I challanged this and Chris Brown handed my case over to the Manager at customer Storage 'LEE'. She turned out to be much worse than Chris Brown, she was EVIL, Tough as nails and a bitchy bully... she basically held our goods hostage whils she moved to Florida and was unavailable  and continued to charge us more storage fees the whole time. 

After they received over $10,000 for us she threatened to auction off our goods unless we came up with the full amount of storage fees EVEN though they were holding our goods back from being delivered. 

You cant get a straight answer from ANYONE there, they are a bunch of unprofessional bullies and rip off artists. This Lee tried to have us sign a waiver form that said we could not make any complaint against the company, or any one in the company even if goods were missing or broken, before delivery of our goods.  

BEWARE once they had our belongings they held us hostage to be able to get our things back and we ended up having to pay through the nose to get out of this horrible discussting ordeal! They are a living Nightmare. You try to get to the bottom of the mess and they pass you from one person to another and NO one stands up to the Truth. They shoudl not be allowed to run a business.

I had roughly $20,000 fo damage to ALL my beautiful art and belongings and they gave me $500 compensation.
