May 29, 2012 I received a phone call from GuardMe Alarm Services promoting an home security alarm system.  I informed them that I have an alarm system for over 10 years.  I was asked who was my carrier, and I told them.  The representative continued speaking, and I inform him I was thinking about the camera that shows every room because my friend had just installed one in her home.  I was advised, that it would be more than what they were promoting.  Of course, my next question was how much more, it was quoted, instead of $39 it would be $41 a month.  An appointment was made for the installation on June 4, 2012.

June 4, 2012 installer came, installed the alarm system. I asked him to show me how to operator the camera. At this time I was informed that he did not install a camera system.  I said there must be an error. The installer called Vinnie, and said to me Vinnie will call you.  Vinnie called my home phone, I told him that that was not what I spoke to him about, and I did not want or need it.

Vinnie said he made a mistake, and thought the Alarm.com was in my area but it is not only Alarm.net.  I said again, I have an alarm system that works fine. Please have this removed, Vinnie said you are not obligated to anything. What kind of cell phone do you have, I told him. He said because of my mistake, I will give you one month free and a connection to your cell phone (GSM card) and waver the $99. They will call you after I hang up and walk you through the link to your cell phone, and if you like it fine if not let me know.

The internet people for GSM card never call me.  I called Vinnie the next day June 5, 2012 told him no one called, and please come get your system. I called back on June 6, 2012 received Vinnie's voicemail, no return call. I called again the next day, spoke with Migdalia who stated she would have the manager, David, call right back, to no avail no call.  I called  several times, kept getting David and Vinnie voicemail, to no avail.

Finally I went on the internet put the company name in got the number to Guardian Protection Service spoke with Tracie told her of the falsified installation. I asked her to add this to my records, she said she would and would have someone get back to me.  No one did.

I called again June 29, 2012. Richard answered, I asked him to please have someone pick up your equipment.  I left messages to Vinnie to no avail. Richard put me on hold for 15 minutes or more came back stating I tried to link your cell phone, but I was told i could not they had to call you and do that.

I said to him, I did not ask you to do that I want to give you back your equipment, I did not ask for an alarm system that I already have in my home over 10 years. The upgrade was suppose to be a camera alarm.

Now, I receives this contract in the mail that I never was told anything about with my name electronically signed to information I have no knowledge of; receiving 60-day notice past due letters, phone calls about payments.

Meanwhile, every month I am still paying for my regular 10 years of service alarm system.  By the way, due to the problem on June 4th, the alarm system was never connected to the outlet.  I don't even use it, it not connected.

I had a long talk with David who said he would get back to me and arrange pick up, this is not what he normally do, but he did not want a bad relationship due to these problem.  David said I will call you back before 5pm, of course, to no avail.

The next week I called and now no one answers.  Spoke with Lenny, Anthony, Migdalia all transferred to voicemail, with no return calls. Called asked switch board for David, someone answer and said David said he will not break contract. I have not been able to reach anyone since.

The contract has falsified information stating on the cancellation notice that no later than midnight on June 1, 2012 could I cancel. The installation was not done until June 4, 2012. No one ever mentioned a cancellation time period not even anything regarding a contract.

In my follow up I was told those promotion should not be done with service was already in my home. Please direct me.
