George Kuhn and his fellow employees are all Liars, they sold me a crap tub that was missing parts and leaked, then I came to find out that they purchased the tub from a chinese importer named Fred, they have not responded to my e-mails or phone calls, I had to remove the piece of garbage from my home after paying them $4785 for the tub and another $2500 for a plumber to install it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you like giving money away and suffering. I was able to purchase a walk in tub for less from a local company who has been nothing but respectful and curteous throughout my whole ordeal. INTERSPA IS GARBAGE AND THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!

1.We have no customer in Dallas making any complaints. 2. We only sell our product installed so no private plumber 3.This information was never verified 4. Check with the BBB and you will find no complaints.
We however in an effort to protect consumers had recently posted reports on walk in bathtub companys (spa world aka walk in tub depot,also aka medi tub and a few other names) we found taking advantage of consumers SO on our website WE POSTED THIS and are certain they are behind this.
We also know of a company in Dallas that calls themselves Amazing freedomtubs and has on several occasions used our materials to sell their product and if you have been involved in this hoax contact our corporate office and we will assist you in prosecuting them for fraud.
Further we not only warranty against leaks for lifetime we warranty the parts for replacement for 10 years.
We just introduced our product nationally and many of these rip off companys do not want a legitamate company in Texas to compete with them in a market they were taking advantage of so NOW THEIR IS A Real company who installs all its products and thats why we have no legitamate complaints.

They had the nerve to charge my credit card again for restocking fees,
I am outraged!!! I told my credit card company to do a charge back and they have Now I'm going to sue them for theft and puntitve damages!!!!!
