Gunbroker.com Beware Gunbroker.com or They Will Burn You Kennesaw, Georgia

I no longer will do any Gunbroker.com.

I complained about the customer service, and after 600+ purchases, and being on there for for four years, with all positive feedback, and tens of thousands spent, the jerk in customer service, simply cancelled my account...end of the story.

You cannot contact anyone on the Gunbroker.com site, to complain about being mistreated by customer service.

Once your account is gone...too bad...so sad...go away...no contact.

They also grabbed the fees I had sitting out there in escrow, to prove I was for real.

I was livid, but could do absolutely nothing about it.

I absolutely will not ever use the GunBroker.com site again, as long as I live...no way and no how.

I used to be a backer of theirs, but now I cannot warn enough people about them.

There is no excuse for how they treated me.

If the truth be told, there is no customer service on Gunbroker.com, and you are on your own.

They tell you what you wish to hear, but do absolutely nothing.

Steve Urvan is much to busy with his jet setter life to deal with such mundane things as attending to his business, and is so isolated, any contact is utterly impossible.
