GunsAmerica Ripped off $1330 by GunsAmerica Miami Internet

I purchased a firearm from Chris Deming on the GunsAmerica website.  I spoke to him on a couple of occassions, sent him a BOA certified check for $1330 and never received the firearm.  He cashed the check then he cancelled my purchase and cancelled his account.   He stopped answering my emails and phone calls.  I sent 4 emails to CustomerService@gunsamerica.com and never received any type of reply.  I sent copies of all emails between Chris Deming and myself.  The GunsAmerica website showed he was a verfied seller.  Now I read in other complaints that the last name of the unhelpful customer service agent who contacted other customers is also Deming.  Perhaps Chris is her brother and she is helping him ripoff people.  Stay away from GunsAmerica.  I have bought and sold over 70 firearms on Gunbroker.com and never had an issue.
