Did you know that Gus Dekavallas lost equity and ownership in G & M Manufacturing because
he was trying to avoid creditors?
Did you know that Gus Dekavallas sold good under G & M Manufacturing while he was bound by non-compete prohibitions of an agreement with the purchaser of his former business?
Did you know that Gus Dekavallas lost a lawsuit brought against him by Derrick Leasing Inc. due to his Dekavallas’ failure to pay on leased equipment?
