Gustafson Brothers Auto Body Gustafson Brother Automotive Services Substandard Work - Refuse to Fix Huntington Beach California

I've dealt with many repair facilities being in the auto industry for 25 years and I have to say this facility is among the worst. They look good on the surface but watch out. I wouldn't doubt if many of these reviews are  "gamed" to make Gustafson look reputable. Their service is great before you're a customer but not after the repairs. All I can say is run away from here and find someone else.

I had repairs done at this shop as part of a Mercury Insurance claim. Gustafson Brothers is an authorized repair facility for Mercury Insurance. This is the biggest mistake I made with handling an insurance claim. Mercury offers a 100% guarantee on all repairs as an inducement for you to use their authorized repair facility. 

What you don't get is unbiased assistance in repairing your vehicle. This results in the facility and Mercury working together which is not in your benefit. I've paid thousands of dollars to Mercury over many years for a large policy. When it came time to repair my vehicle, I was treated very poorly by both this facility and Mercury. I'm stuck with a car that isn't fixed properly and a shop and insurance company that won't resolve it. Not to mention the customer service from both really stink. Especially Yasha Emami from Mercury Insurance. He doesn't belong anywhere near the customer. 

Morale of the store - DO NOT use Gustafson Brothers to repair your vehicle and always do your research and find a shop that has your best interest in mind when you have an accident. Do not fall for the "authorized repair facility" BS.
