Guthy-Renker / X-OUT, Christine Dunn Nightmare, Total Nightmare Internet

Still not a word from this band of pirates, they took my money and ran. No one shoud ever conduct any business with this band of thieves unless they consider getting ripped off a business norm. To this date Guthy Renker has not sent an email, made phone contact, nothing. If anyone is considering conducting business with these professional cons read every complaint first before making your decision and entering into their scam. 

04/03 and still waiting to here from these pirates, not a word, phone call, no email or snail mail--nothing, keep in mind I made contact per their request one day after my original post. Once again I stand by my previous comment-no one in their right mnd should do business with this pack of thieves, do not believe their statement of putting customer satisfaction first, they do not stand behind their statement, refund policy or guarantee.

Per their request I emailed Guthy-Renker on 02/03, as of this posting made on 03/03 Guthy-Renker has not contacted me nor responded in any way confirming my statement in  original posting of being a total rip-off.

In order to get their attention I have filed complaints with the Office of the State Attorney General / Consumer Protection in my home state, California-the home base of Guthy-Renker, North Carolina-home of their collection business and Delaware- home office for my credit card asking all to investigate unauthorized charges, refusal to refund product charges, refusal to refund return shipping when products were received after cancellation request, collection notice on a closed account with a zero balance due.

My opinion of Guthy-Renker remains unchanged, no one in their right mind should even consider doing business with this band of pirates, trust comments posted on the the internet, had I researched Guthy-Renker prior to ordering they would have been my last business choice if even that.

Trust and respect have to be earned, Guthy-Renker does not deserve either.

Per the request of Guthy-Renker I emailed them on Feb. 3rd., 2015. The reply time of 24 hours stated in their  communication  is  just like everything else they state, bogus. Five days later no reply or phone call, no refund-nothing.

December-January, now February and still dancing around the campfire without receiving satisfaction from the company with a list in the  thiusands of complaints filed thru the BBB, Rip Offf Report, numerous complaint boards citing fraud, unauthorized charges, collection notices.

Never would I recomend this fly by night company to anyone for anything.

Total rip off.
