I LIVED @ 1525 Se. 35th Place, Portland, Oregon, 97214-5112 a property owned by James P. Murray from sometime before that till about July 1st of 2013, In that time I had been punched in the face, had my property stolen and or damaged. had to live with RODENT's. Was not granted a workable fridge or refrigerator or stove. had one outlet to my room and no heating source to my room or anyplace really for that matter. i did make every effort to inform Mr. Murray and then the New Owners of the property Guy Bryant and Guy Bryant Construction Company, as well as his horse-shite show property management company of the ongoing nuisance that my Housemates Thomas Edward Heasley IV, Samuel K. Ritter, Gordon McIntyre, Nolan Macgregor, Aynsley Elizabeth Wright, would cause on a regular basis. I also asked that Poison & Pest Control would be called out. and these and 34 other City of Portland Code Violations where never address in all the time that i lived here. i also paid large sums of money to the owners and for bills that the housemates would not bare their fair share of the weight on. furthermore it would fall to me to clean up after 2 dogs who would do their business throughout the house, drag garbage and food around the entire property and dig man holes all over the place, The housemates would slam doors and yell and scream and threaten me and damage my property as well as were the primary cause of the police showing up to the property some 25 times from january to September for various disturbances and the like. They did not pay their parts and were not charged for any damage or for any of their scandalous behavior. AT no point were any of the issues remedied. Further more what was done with the money i have no clue of. i do know that things went from bad to worse. and i do know that i made every effort to to my part. In Addition to all of this i had to go to court on the 29th of august of 2013 to start the litigations against The responsible entities. i will be returning on the 5th for the trial. IF YOU ever are or know someone who is or has thought about Guy Bryant and his construction company or his Property Management company called Fox Management Inc. Tell them to run and steer clear or this will like be their fate or maybe worse. btw you can find me on facebook via savante artemis robello, and as well i did post the pictures and videos of the proceedings on facebook twitter and the like so feel free to check them out and pass them on.
