GWC warranty Switch and Bait scam Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania

Being familiar with the model vehicle purchased,I knew what I needed for coverege on this vehicle and was shown that by Stadium Auto’s personnel. I state that I was shown one contact and received another, “Switch and Bait”. Because, when it came time to place a claim on my contract I was informed that those same items that were shown covered are not.

The scams continues when you try to cancell the contract. The cancellation forms has options that were not informed to be at the time of purchase. I signed in duress because it has to be signed in order to receive any form of refund or cancellation. They have even scams to keep your money through cancellation, miles vs months left on contact and fees not given monetary value until claim is submitted. I willing to fight this scam to any extent necessary.
