 DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO GET YOUR CLOCK REPAIRED. Mr. Michael Katz of H and E Clocks is doing business at Almighty Pawn on Ridgewood ave. He took in my dad's German cuckoo clock to repair it in January 2016. I had to ask many times if it was fixed over the period of 7 months. Finally, he said it was repaired and I went to pick it up and he charged me almost $300.00. I took it home and in less than one day, it quit again. I returned to him for repair or a refund and he took it to fix it again. I waited until December (nearly a year later) and had to go get it (UN-repaired) and took it to another shop where it was repaired and WORKING LIKE NEW in less than a week for less than $50.00. He overcharged me, would not refund my money and couldn't repair my clock and the delay EXCUSES were the worst of it all.
