H And R Block Deceptive, Neglient, Misrepresenting Souderton Pennsylvania

Our accountant passed away suddenly preparing our 2005 return- It took almost a year before we received our paperwork from the accountants family- In 2006 we had to move and were relcoated 3 times- We were then able to locate all tax information and used H and R Block- H and R Block assured us that they would be able to file our returns with no problems- On 02/09/2008 we found out that we could not get the Rapid Advancement Loan, "RAL"- We were denied- We were also denied for the two day- ( now knowing were were denied because previous returns were not filed)

Then we were told by Kim Spotts and Holly Cooper that we would receive our refund within 8 to 15 days- They Guaranteed us the date- By the 15th day there was a delay placed on our 2007 return and this Delay was placed on our account on the 9th and we were not told this after numerous phone calls to check the status-

The IRS comfirmed that the delay was placed on the 9th so H and R Block knew- The delay was due to 2005 and 2006 not being filed but 2007 was filed electronically- Holly Copper said that we could not receive our returns until the IRS issued our 2007 return- The IRS stated that they could not release the 2007 return until 2006 and 2005 were filed in which H and R Block were supposed to do- It is a nasty catch 22!

They had the prepared 2005 and 2006- H and R Block used deceptive measues preparing our taxes, lied to us to our faces, yelled at us, treated us like trash and we paid them to prepare all three and file them in which they did not-

Kim stated to me that she had done previous returns without customers filing in previous years- Being a Senior Tax Advisor, how did she not know this? Kim told us that we had to file our previous returns to get our 2007 return after the 22nd, the day we were supposed to get our return- She did not do her job and misrepresented herself. I contacted a lawyer who is a friend of our family and he said to me that they were negligent-
