Sold an open box dishwasher as new.  Due to some markings, we even questioned whether it was new or used. We were assured it was new. 

During the first 30 days we called for warranty service and was told by manufacturer that one year warranty had expired because it had been registered by another owner some 18 months previously. 

They agreed to send a service man, although they tried to charge for the service call ; I refused to pay. 

I elected to return the machine under the store's policy. While they allowed the return with full refund, it was only after several attempts to sell us a replacement. 

Never buy from h h Gregg as you never know if what you buy is really what they tell you it is.
