Bought what I thought was a pre-paid cell phone plan from 7-eleven, but ended up being a $35 SIM card! Most phone companies give that away for free so you use their service, but h2o wireless scams you by making it seem that you are paying for plan + SIM. Extremely disappointing waste of money, and customer service did not seem to care.
