Hadley L Starkey Marketing Director for Global Fortune Network Internet Theif Who Prays On the Ederly - Do not trust a word he says ! He stole $12,000 from my 84 year old Mother Phoenix , Arizona

I am submitting this on behalf of my 84 year old mother. Last year she was the victim of a fraud ring out of Arizona known as Global Fortune Network. They were an internet marketing group selling on line business opportunities. They were raided by the Arizona Electronic Task Force back in December and 17 arrests were made.  This task force was a partnership between the Secret Service and the Scottsdale Police dept.

My mother lost close to $12,000 that was charged to her Chase Visa credit card. We have contacted Chase and many government agencies concerning this matter. From what I understand there were thousands of victims and millions of dollars stolen by Global Fortune Network. The gentleman responsible for coning my Mother is Hadley L Starkey. I found a lot of information about him on the Internet and no charges have been made against him yet. He spoke to my Mother for hours. She had given me his number and I called him and told him not to call her again. Within a few days of my call he had charged her card for thousands of dollars. This man should be behind bars.

My mother was not even sure how much she had been charged since none of the charges were by Global Fortune Network. This group used other various LLCs to put the charges through. She had no idea it was $12,000. Her health has suffered this past year due to the stress of this. My Mother and Father are both in their 80s and should not have to deal with this kind of thing at their age. They barley understand the internet and only know basic functions on the computer. 

Hadley L Starkey who is the person directly responsible for selling this scam to my Mother is still roaming the Internet looking for his next victim.  I have posted warnings to him on his Facebook page and emailed him asking him to return the money and I have recieved no response.  We have voice recordings from postings he has done on the Internet and they match the voice of the guy that scammed my Mother.  This crook needs to pay for his crimes.  I have read postings about Global Fortune Network and there are others similar to my Mother who he conned.
