Haines and Krieger DO NOT HIRE THEM, DO NOT USE THEM Las Vegas, Nevada

I did all the work.  I did all the faxing except for the first round of faxes they sent that were missing requested documents.  I've re-fax these missing documents and after finding out they weren't making the calls they said they would, I started calling the bank for the updates myself.  


For their part Haines and Krieger has lost documents, left out documents that were supposed to be faxed to the bank, dodged my calls and lied to me about what they were doing for my money. 


I finally called the bank myself and asked if they kept a call log and/or fax log. Yes they do and their logs reflected very few interactions with Haines and Krieger.  Certainly not $3,000 worth.   


After a year (I was inadvertently told this was more like the actual time than the 4-6 months I was promised) I got my modification.  It was nowhere near what H&K had told me I was eligible for. I got it without any help from H&K as they had stopped participating in the process months before.  Perhaps had they done what they had promised I would have gotten more.  


The only way possible that they could have even came close to earning the $3,000 was if they charged for being incompetent and for piling on frustration atop an already frustrating process.  They were simply worthless.
