Haines & Krieger Their employees were not on top of our short sale case. HENDERSON Nevada

We applied for a short sale with another house almost 3 years ago with Haines and Krieger, told we had an easy case, was told not to pay the rent and they frightened off the renters we had in the house...We did everything they wanted us to do...costing hundreds in faxes,and copies and we paid them $1500...We were so blindsided by their employees who obviously did not do their job and were not on top of the short sale..One day after almost 2 years we were told in one month our house would be auctioned off..And Haines and Krieger said there was nothing they could do...The mortgage Co. Chase kept putting our house in for a modification which we were not aware of and Haines and Krieger was not on top of this and not we have to pay thousands of dollars and they took our $1500..I have many names of the employees who were handling our short sale...  Chase and Haines and Krieger have failed us and now we owe the IRS thousands of dollars.
