When I initial went into Hair Club I had hair down to my shoulder but thinning on the top. I meet with Daniella Koch. She told me of this wonderful hair membrane, I ask what that was.

She replies it wonderful, great coverage looks like you own hair, when I continue to ask more question her replies was Quote it is what it is. Well it turn out to be a wig glue onto your head. Then wanted to shave my own hair off which I was not told, nor was I told it was wig,nor was I told of the glue application. I felt I had no choice I let them put it on I had it on for a week.

You can not swim it, do all the activities she mentioned in my ride my motorcycle please it started pleaing off. the sweat, the rash,burning it caused it was unbearable. I called her told that I could take the pain and it had to come off.

Well it did come off, then she went around and around with this EXT program, but never has she given me a breakdown of the cost of each product and refuses too everything 2500.00 and up especially EXT it's 3200.00 dollar for shampoo and conditioner.

I have faxed her, called her and she keeps wanted to replace it with clips or another wig, but she uses this big words instand of calling what it is WIGS GLUED ON. Today I caught her and after finally keeping her on the phone again other products no no Jamie it's not a wig this a big company and we are not in the business of ripping people off, Well in my apinion they are. I told so if do not except one of your products I have to eat it (they will not give me a parital credit or even try and correct the problem. So what does one do.

So after burning scalp, wrong products issued, wigs (which they took back) I now how to pay on the credit the amount because Hair Club will not take reponsibility for it. Customer to them are worthless.

One more thing I told Daniella Koch that I had a Kidney Transplant and she never once did she tell me that this product could not be use by me or advise me it could not be use with people with condititon. She denies everything, it's get out of my way attitude let ME RIFF OFF THE NEXT CONSUMER. My hair that was down to my shoulder not there and I have lost so much more hair then when I started. Someone help me. This has to stop.
