Gina Grega with Hairfix www.myhairfix.com ripped me off. I ordered $2500 worth of White Dry Shampoo from Gina Grega at Hairfix on August 1, 2013. I was informed that the product shipped right away and was given a phony Fed Ex tracking number, it is Spetember 5, 2013 and I still have not received my product. When I called to speak with Gina Grega with Hairfix, she was very rude and made every excuse in the book as to why my product has not arrived. I asked for my money back and she got very hostile and said she was going to come to Salon in Menlo Park, CA and kick my a*s.

My advice for everyone out there, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with GINA GREGA from HAIRFIX, www.myhairfix.com, she will rip you off!!

Total Scam, MyHairfix and Karine Brighten Events

AUTHOR: phirupp - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 13, 2013

OMG, I am so stupid for missspelling something, when I am angry about getting ripped off by Gina Grega at www.myharifix.com. Let me repeat that so the search engines can pick it up.

I got ripped off by Gina Grega at www.myharifix.com

Hair Fix Inc.

Gina Grega
1945 Menalto Ave Unit A
Menlo Park, California 94025

Phone: 650-269-2680

Your so called friend, Karine Brighten is ripping people off as well, and you are trying to deflect your scam and say how wonderful this Karine Brighten of Karine Brighten Events is. And then you bashing a website designer who's only crime was to not give Karine her high rez logos on time. Did they build your sh**ty site Gina? No!!

If they where so bad, why did you refer them to so many of your friends?

Just sounds odd to me!

You can see Karine Brighten Events Scam here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Karine-Brighten-Events/Kensington-California-94707/Karine-Brighten-Events-Karine-Brighten-EventsScam-Artist-Kensington-California-1077575

Gina Grega is Awesome, HairFix is Fantastic, and that bogus Ripoff Report was written by a CROOK!

AUTHOR: Ellen B. - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 11, 2013
LOL!!!! Omg that fake Ripoff Report was pretty comical.

I am a longtime HairFix customer, and I also know the owner personally, so I know the real story of what is going on here, and the person who wrote it (a spiteful webmaster) is obviously an idiot. Starting with the fact that he spelled Gina Grega's domain name as myharifix.com

Because I am a customer, I know Gina doesn't ship via FedEx, and never has. Ask any customer who has ever made a HairFix purchase. Orders are always shipped with USPS. If you're going to slam someone... you may want to get your facts straight first? You'd think her former webmaster would be bright enough to remember it says, on the HOMEPAGE: "$5 Flat Rate Ground USPS Shipping to all 50 US States."  http://www.myhairfix.com/wp-content/themes/myhairfix/images/shipping-rates.jpg   JUSSSAYIN!!!

And because I know the owner, I know that, although she sells a ton of products, Gina didn't have any SINGLE orders for WHITE hairfix that were over $1800 last month. The bogus reviewer was practically flattering the company, when they claimed to have bought $2500 worth!

The bottles are $19.95 each, so an order of 100 bottles would be $1,995 or less when buying in bulk. A LITTLE more with tax (and no shipping charge since orders over $75 are free), but not a whole $500 more! I know the stuff is popular, but how much WHITE hairfix would one salon really need at a time??? Why would anyone order THAT much of JUST white?? Are they trying to make it snow? I love the stuff because I can use it sparingly - a little goes a LONG way (I use the brown and black). Or is this person trying to say they ordered 100 bottles at a time, so that they can give their customers the glamorous "Einstein look"? Hmmm... Just a *little* fishy.

You'd think this guy would have thought this through a little more carefully if he actually wanted to write a legitimate sounding review that would make Gina look bad. You'd have to try a *little* harder to make someone believe Gina was even CAPABLE of giving bad customer service or ripping ANYONE off!!!  To post outright lies and accusations about Gina and her business is just despicable.

In addition, these fraudsters (there are 2 of them) hacked into Gina's website, completely pulled it down and deleted all her files. Then they wrote this nasty, bogus report. From what I heard, they have done this to several other people. Anyone who complains is vulnerable to being slandered online via the Ripoff Report. BEWARE!!! Apparently, these people post on Craigslist and have operated under several different names so it can be hard to track them down. But with that said, please, be VERY WARY of persons named Eric or Nicoleutilizing the business name Level 13 Media, Axiom 13, ENP, ENP Interactive, ENP Studios, ENP.com in Florida (particularly, Clearwater or Valrico).   You can read more about them here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/eric-pulizzani-and-nicole-pulizzano/brandon-florida-33511/eric-pulizzani-and-nicole-pulizzano-enp-studios-enpstudioscom-total-rip-off-bad-de-489375

I wouldn't be surprised if these people change their last names, after all the online responses they are getting from people whom they've screwed over. I would suggest Ponzianno, but I'm guessing they will go with something else.

Gina is just about the nicest person whom I have ever met, in addition to being a very good business person who is professional in every way. In addition to being a Vegan who sells high quality, cruelty free products, she volunteers a LOT of her time and money to animal rescue organizations, and often puts others before herself. So to hear someone try to make her out to be a bad or rude person is just a JOKE.

This part of the fake review, in particular, cracks me up: "I asked for my money back and she got very hostile and said she was going to come to Salon in Menlo Park, CA and kick my a*s."

Ha!!! Gotta love it how the review said that GINA said she was going to come and kick your a*s. I wish that were true. Gina is not the type to say something like that, but let it be known that Gina's customers, associates, and friends would be more than happy to kick YOUR a*s!

Also, I'd say that was a pretty good tipoff that the people are writing from a different part of the country. It sounded a bit odd that they felt the need to point out that they were from "Menlo Park, CA"...  as if they're trying to cover up the fact that they're they're really FROM FLORIDA!!!  (But hey if you fakers want to prove your legitimacy, feel free to write an update and give the exact name of the salon... I'd be happy to call and verify).

Glowing reviews for Gina and her products can be read here (unless the scammers have pulled her site down again): http://www.myhairfix.com/testimonials/  If Ripoff Report doesn't let me post this link, just google Hairfix testimonials ... currently it's about the 5th entry down the page.

It is unfortunate to see how many people use The Ripoff Report as a scapegoat way to try to spread nasty rumors about people (sadly, these reports so often seem to be written by that rare person who was lame or incompetent to the point where they ended up pushing the business owner over the edge). But I've also seen times where it totally backfires on the person who wrote the report. Not only do they make themselves look worse than the person they're trying to "take down," but it gives the business owner free publicity and a chance to shine because they have nothing but support and love from REAL customers, and REAL friends.

Gina has been in business for about a decade, without one single bad review about her, EVER (but she DOES have TONS of GLOWING reviews!). So to anyone who reads this, if you see any more bad reviews suddenly pop up on this site... calculate the odds. Chances are good that they are being written by the same p*ssed off con artists, who are desperately trying to get revenge for a bad situation that THEY created!

For the record, I am copying and pasting Gina's HairFix testimonials at the bottom of this review, just in case these people hack into her site and try to take it down again.

You be the judge.

HairFix testimonials:

“Thank you!! Your stuff is the best.”
-T.A.B.

“Oh, wow! Thank you so much! I’m still blown away at your lightning fast replies and awesome customer service. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, you have a customer for LIFE and I will spread the word! I’ve tried a lot of the spray powders and the control of application that you get with your brand, well there’s just NO comparison! Also, with sprays, they tend to come out with lots of pigment at first, but then gets more and more ashy about halfway through. If I used it when there wasn’t much pigment, it ended up making my hair look dirty as if I had a bunch of fuzz in my hair (I have brown/black hair). This problem caused me to throw away NUMEROUS powder shampoo spray cans while they were not completely empty. Hair Fix has allowed me to get a consistent application each and every time I use it. I am soo glad I found you! Thanks again!”
-R.L.

“I am so excited…you have a great product… I tried bumble and bumble and hated it…so I am back to Hair Fix.”
-S.B.

“… My sister is coming to visit soon, and I can’t wait to show her how great Hair Fix is! It has really been a time saver for me, not to mention a great rescue, when I discover that my hair isn’t quite as fresh as I thought. I think that the brush would be perfect for my sister, as she is a performer, and it would be a great way for her to carry Hair Fix in her makeup kit! Thank you for making such a great product!”
-N.T.

“…Thank you so much for your help and attention to my questions. I wish all businesses were run like yours.”
-S.P.

“I just wanted to share how pleased I was with this product. I have actually never replied to a company about anything before, but this product literally saved my hair. I have very oily, fine hair. I have tried nearly everything to keep my hair from getting flat and greasy during the day. It’s very frustrating! I used to use another product, but I found it made my hair very stiff and it stained my clothing. This product is a great way for me to sop up extra oil during the day. It gives my hair volume without making it staticky and it smells great. I hope you continue to sell this product for a long time.”

- K.C.

“I love your product, and am now buying more for myself and some for my mom as well. Thanks so much.”
- S.H.

“Thanks so much, I love it. Already gave it a try today, and it will really come in handy when I’m on vacation in a couple of weeks. Thanks again!”
- M.Z.

“Thanks! I absolutely LOVE this product since I first discovered it last year. It is a huge timesaver, hairsaver, lifesaver… Thank you!!
- L.Z.

“I love your product! Thanks a bunch!”
- C.J.K

“Hello! I received my bottle about a week ago and i love it!…Just wanted to drop a line and say thanks for the greatness of your product, my hair is in love.”
- M.F.

“…I’m completely addicted to your product and can scarcely live without it. It’s really great for dudes with thinning hair.”
- S.B.

“I used my Hair Fix after washing my hair and it gave my short fine hair more volume and texture at the roots than any styling product I have tried lately. Your product smells heavenly and works great too…and I love the fact that it is vegan. Thanks!!!”
- R.M.C.

“I love the fact that Hair Fix is made from wholesome natural ingredients and essential oils! It works great (adds nice volume to my hair) plus it smells good all day long! I am glad I found Hair Fix and will definitely be spreading the word to my friends! Please consider me a repeat customer.”
- S.L.

“Just want to say I love Hair Fix! I’m always on the go and Hair Fix is perfect for when I don’t have time to wash and style from scratch. My hair even looks better when I get my ‘fix’!”
- C.D.

“Hair Fix … does the job beautifully. Gave my hair loads of volume and the ‘matte’ effect which I love. Is brilliant for up-do’s because hair doesn’t slip out of style. Smells great too. I would highly recommend it.”
- S.K.

“We went on a 2 week vacation to Florida where the humidity is really bad. On the trip I brought my wonderful new “Hair Fix” and it really helped me get through my 20 year High School reunion weekend. My hair looked great all weekend even with that heat and humidity.”
- D.Z.

“Hair Fix is by far the best hair powder I have ever used. The powder easily blends into my hair and lasts all day. I like that it is organic and good for my hair, and the light scent is very pleasant and not perfumey. Love it, love it, love it!”
- L.J.

“…LOVE the Hair Fix!! It is fantastic. Way to go on developing such a great product!
- L.M.

“I received the two bottles of White Hair Fix. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend your product to people…”
- L.C.

“This is the best product I’ve tried for dry shampoo. It works great for the days when I just don’t feel like washing/drying/styling my hair and it keeps my long hair looking great! Thanks for offering such a wonderful product (and best of all it’s vegan!)”
- P.J.

“Thanks! I love this stuff!!”
- L.S.

“I absolutely LOVE this product. It has saved my hair and so much time of washing and blow drying. I was thrilled to find it. I am telling people about it all the time!”
- J.U.

“…Just promise me you will never go out of business. If you do, you must first sell your secret powder recipe on e-Bay. Your customer for life!”
- L.H.

“Just want to thank you for the nice email and quick shipping. I just tried the product for the first time and am totally in love! I’m so glad that I found your website. The powder smells so much better than other brands and I’m so happy to be supporting a small business. Will be recommending Hair Fix to all of my girlfriends.”
- K.E.

“I just wanted to thank you for such a personal shopping experience! It is great to know you are dealing with an actual person and not an automated service. The shipment was unbelievably fast! I wasn’t expecting it to arrive til Monday. It arrived Saturday. I have tried the product once and absolutely love it. It works amazing and I love that the scent is natural and organic rather than toxic smelling flowers. It is the worst when you try and use a product that you can smell a mile away. I am very satisfied…”
- S.L.

And just one more review, from VegNews. Apparently Rory Freedman (author of Skinny b***h) loves it.  Try hacking THIS one down, you sheisters!  You can find it here: http://swenconn.powweb.com/vegnewsltr_mar_08.html  or just google Rory Freedman Hair Fix

Product Review: Hair Fix Dry Shampoo

For those of us whose hair could use some cruelty-free help looking clean whilst staying dirty, the fix is in. Hair Fix, that is. This secret weapon claims to be "not your Grandma's dry shampoo" on its label, though, you know, if you happen to have a really hip Granny she might like the white-colored version. Oh yes, unlike the powder that is generally used for babies' butts, Hair Fix comes in more than one shade—brown, black, red, and white to be exact. All four colors are comprised of completely vegan ingredients, and are also made of mostly organic ingredients. Recyclable packaging? Check. What about effectiveness, we bet you are asking yourselves. Well, the inside scoop is that when VN columnist Rory Freedman stopped by our offices in January for lunch during her whirlwind book tour, she freshened up Hair Fix before a booksigning and said that she had never before found a hair powder that actually worked for her. If it's good enough for Ms. I-Have-To-Go-Sign-My-Bestseller, it's good enough for us! You can only find Hair Fix online, so be sure and check out their website. Oh, and as for the scent issue, Hair Fix's mix of organic mint, rosemary, lavender, and tea tree essential oils will keep both ladies and gents alike from smelling anything like baby butts.

For anyone who would like to place an order for Hair Fix, go to http://www.myhairfix.com/store/. If Ripoff Report doesn't let me post the link... just google MyHairFix dot com.

I don't think bashing people online is particularly good karma, so if at some point the aforementioned business owners of Level 13 Media/Level 13 Media/Axiom 13/ENP, etc. decide to remove their review (for Gina AND her associate whom they also slandered), I would consider doing the same, even though what I am saying is the TRUTH.

If anyone reading this would like to talk to me personally, just contact me via this site and be sure to put "hairfix" in the message so it won't go to my spam folder. Send me your phone number and I'd be happy to call you so you know this particular review is NOT fake!

POSTED: Friday, September 06, 2013

Nicole and Eric "Snow" owners of Level 13 Media at 1901 Ulmerton Rd. in Clearwater Florida, 727-451-9297 are behind this libelous review. This review was posted hours after the W. Florida BBB notified them that they had a complaint against them from my business (I verified the date with the BBB) . In addition, both the owners of Karine Brighten Events in Berkeley, CA and InDemand Solutionsin Costa Mesa, filed BBB reports against this company after they paid money for services not rendered, files witheld, etc. Soon after their reports were filed and Level 13 was made aware of that, they had negative, libelous reviews appear on this site and other web review sites. There is at least one police report pending against them with the Richmond, CA police department for harrassment to date.

False review

AUTHOR: Philrupp2 - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 06, 2013

This is a retaliatory posting from a design company who myself, and several others, filed a BBB report against prior to these reviews posting. They have posted several other fake reviews about the businesses of other complaintants as well as threatening to "ruin their company". Others who they have done this to have provided confirming technical information that it is indeed the same people from the same location who have fabricated this review and appropriate measures against them are being taken.
