Hair FX Salon Rebekah De Grancesco Dissatisfied Customer Hemet California

I went in and asked for my brownish looking hair that's just past my neck to be made blonde. The woman, Rebekah, said that because of my color and then my roots color, she could only do part of my hair. I gave the remark "I don't want that multi colored hair do." When she started to put my hair into foil in sections I asked what is this going to cost me? She said I'll have to tally it up. Well she never did that and the rest of our comversation was like talking to a rock. She did finally perk up when it came time to be paid. She didn't foil the bottom of my hair and lightened half of it with two different blondes. That looks real pretty. But I still have the main color I went in with as well. To my knollage that's what I said I didn't like! I also have two thick blonde strips with my same color that looks like two racing strips that belong on the side of a car. I told Rebekah I didn't like it, that was not what I asked for and I definitly didn't like the strips. She argued that it was the best she could do that it was impossible to do my whole head. Hey, if you can lighten, bleach what ever half a head, why can't you do the whole thing? She then said it would be $130.00. I about flipped. I have since called her and she doesn't answer her phone so I left a message I was going to put her here on ripoff.com. That was a few hours ago and I haven't heard from her. The prices are outragous and there isn't much of welcoming bunch. Maybe someone else there does a better job and is better on the costumer service wtih a personality.
