Hair Inc Horrible Salon Raleigh North Carolina

 DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! they had put up a ad on living social for their keratin treatment that I had bought, I figured eh, why not try this place out and see what they ware working with.; Well boy was I wrong. When I had first arrived nobody greeted me not until 5 mins later did someone notice i was sitting there and waiting. after that i had to wait a additional 10 mins after my set time for my stylist to finish up with her last appointment. When her previous client came to pay i couldn't help but be horrified on how bad she did that poor lady's hair. Even with seeing all of that I still decided to go on with the appointment. So, my stylist washes my hair and puts me under the blower to dry my hair everything is still going fine. She then tells me that since I have longer hair she has to charge me a extra $30! Now let me get one thing straight this wasn't on the fine print of the living social voucher which means the owner just up and decided to put that in there. I guess she felt bad cause she saw my face and the fact that I'm a college student I don't have the money to splurge like that. So she starts to put the keratin in my hair but I can tell she not doing it how my old hairstylist from Miami does it, I just figured everybody has their own techniques. When she neared the crown of my head I could tell she didn't even have enough to finish it off but she said nothing, so I figured once again that maybe things were fine. After you put the keratin in someone hair your suppose to BLOW DRY their hair not stick them under a Blower and hope for the best, And that is exactly what she did to me. After that she tried to flat iron the keratin in and did horrendous job at that. I don't Know how you can flat iron hair badly but this lady definitely takes the award on horrible hairstylist. After having a mop on my head i proceed to the front desk to give her my voucher, she takes it then tell me i owe them $79. I looked at her and said "why do I have to pay that if, I paid living social already". she then runs off to a fellow stylist who I guess explains to her that I'm not suppose to pay a dime. so after we fix that, I run quickly out of the mall so that way no one can see my hideous hair! So i wait the 72 hour period ( I even gave it a extra day) and use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner that is specialized for keratin hair. Mind you this is not the first time i have gotten a the keratin in my hair and the shampoo and conditioner i used this time was the same one i use every time! When I washed my hair, it still had frizz to it and was still unmanageable. which is not suppose to happen. so I gave it a few more days hoping that this wasn't happening. When nothing changed I called hair Inc and spoke to a stylist and told her everything that had happened she even agreed with me that the lady who did my hair did not do it correctly. She told me to come back and she would fix it free of charge, so I come back in and she tells me that since I didn't BUY THEIR SHAMPOO, my hair didn't work cause of that. But just a few minutes before she said that the lady who did my hair didn't do it correctly. So which one is it, is it because of the shampoo or cause you have a inexperienced hair dresser in your salon? So the owner comes out and guess what HE EVEN WORSE, he was rude and said that he couldn't do my keratin again unless i buy one of their products, even in the mist of them knowing one of their hairdressers was cutting corners and wasn't doing her job right he wanted ME TO SPEND MY MONEY for his problem. He kept being rude and walked away so I just put my hair back up and left. Never again will I ever go there, if the owner would have honored what he said and done my hair I would have probably came back but now forget it he just lost a customer and now I'm going to tell everybody that Hair Inc is the worst place to go to. So if you want bad customer service and horrible hair and have your stylist push you to buy products instead of worrying about your hair than i say hair inc is for you.
