Hair To Beauty Item Not As Described (on website or packaging) Niles Illinois

http://www.hairtobeauty.… wrongly represented merchandise; on my date of purchase, my item's brand said "R & B 100% Human Premium Blended Wig" and then was later changed to "R & B 21Tress 100% Human Premium Blended Wig" only after I had contacted the seller regarding my concern with the quality of the hair. Additionally, the seller added  details to the wig's description only after I had contacted them.

Plus, Maria (Customer Service or Finance) seemed to not comprehend things, as I had emailed the company at least 3 times, even attaching photos addressing my concerns; I had even left a voicemail, but she was not understanding my concerns.

Maria seemed to not understand that I didn't know that I wasn't getting a wig without human hair, which is therefore why I had tried to dye it and why I had thought that the tiny waves at the root would wash out; I had assumed that those waves/crimps were there because of the item being stored for a while, taking on the same shape as the small curves in the wefts underneath. Even if a wig is partially human hair, that portion should be able to be dyed. Maria was rude and basically didn't listen.

Beware that the R&B Human Hair blend wigs don't seem to have ANY human hair, although they are listed in that section on this seller's website. Also, there are youtube videos where girls say that they are dubious of whether the brand contains any human hair at all in the Human Hair Blend.  And the wig that I got came with roots that have small waves/crimps in it which weren't mentioned anywhere on the website or packaging. I'm shocked that there's no quality control to see that packaging and descriptions actually match the construction and materials of wigs.

The packaging and label on the 21 Tress wig was very confusing/inconsistent, as even the label claims that it's 100% human hair. And as you look at the box, there are other descriptions saying other things.

I think that the seller needs to take responsibility for selling a misrepresented item, and I am looking into a small claim, because of this and their poor customer service. Paypal was no help...it's not even clear what exactly is 100% about this wig.
