As soon as you get out of your intial application, you are told that you can join the special maintenance program and save lot of money. for only $259 a month (the cheapest plan) all your visits are free. then you find out that the average life of the hairpiece is 4 to 8 weeks and you will have to get it changed and if you dont join the maintenace program it will cost you $1500 dollors every time you change it.

Its guaranteed. there is a 3 day money back guarantee if you change your mind and dont like it.

Truth
The guarantee starts the day you sign the contract not the day you recieve the hair. so the day you get your new hair the guarentee is already expired . You can recieve 50% of your money back if you dont leave the premisis at the intial application but once you walk out the door all gaurantees are off.

The first night i was home over half of the hairpiece came unglued . so the day after i bought a $2700 hairpiece i put a hat on to hold it down i was working so i couldnt go in that day let them fix it so i scheduled an appoint for the next week but they assurred me that a technician would call and they would overnight me the glue i needed to reapply it myself. no technian called no glue came. by the time my appointment came the hairpiece had completly come off ( 5 days ) i tried to call my rep. and express my dissatisfaction but i cant even get a return call its been over a week since the intial application after countless voicemails no return call. I did get the bill in the mail though.
