I live in Paris and have used this company (Hairsoreal: Hair Loss Treatment and Product LLC) for three years and never had any problems. Once, I did not receive the product and they sent me out a new batch. However, I made a payment almost a month ago and still have not received the product. They have not answered my E-mails and nobody picks up the phone.
I am filing this report because I have noticed that two other reports have been filed recently, so it looks like this company may have gone under and run away with out money. I'm hoping not and that Paypal will reimbourse us. Aren't we insured against this kind of problem with Paypal? Anyway, I even have the name of the person who usually sends out this product and a signature if necessary. Some action should be taken against their website.
