I had an experience with Hakky Instant Shoe Repair that no customer should ever have to endure. I prepaid for the replacement of 2 pair of pump tips. I went back to pick up my shoes, and the Asian female worker could not find my shoes. She began to have me check in other customer's bags to confirm if they belong to me. She continued to offer me other customer's shoes to confirm if they belong to me over and over. She finally began to laugh with the Asian male, and stated that I don't have your shoes and you must already picked them up.I explained to her that I never picked up my shoes, and that she may have offered them to someone else. I told her I was upset as I had prepaid for service, and I have lost money on this repair and also my 2 favorite pair of pumps. She was very carefree and extremely hurtful by not handling the matter professionally. She continue to laugh as if I was not of any importance to her business. I felt robbed at that point. I was put in a worse position than prior to service. I now have lost 2 pair of shoes along with the fees charged to repair my shoes. I went home to pull my banking transactions to confirm payment. I then called Hakky back to tell them that I have confirmation of payment, and my belief is that they offered someone else my shoes just as other customer's shoes were offered to me. She confirmed the possibility and pretty much offered me an oh well! I explained that I would be in touch with my attorneys as this woman offered no explanation or any kind of recourse for basically losing my shoes. She told me to go ahead. This is an example of poor customer service,mangement, and business owners who do not respect customers.
