After reading the various stories from "clients" who share the same feeling of over paying for lack of service I would like to add that you can recoup some of your money by talking to a regional office manager. It may not be 100% of even 50% but it is some of your hard earned money invested in air returned to you.

Do not accept the first offer submitted, you can negotiate your return, always act kindly, never threaten and you will get some of the money back. I too was very dissillusioned in the promises and so called contacts, even my resume was unsatisfactory. But after talking to the customer service manager, I was able to retain some of my money, you can too if you want- good luck.
