Hale transportation of henley, mo is a very shady trucking company that is poorly ran and operated. they pay their drivers trash wages, they get upset if you actually want to take a few days off to spend time with family. their equipment is a joke, they like to cut corners on repairs, and do everything they can to do it as cheap as possible which can be dangerous when dealing with trucks carrying up to 80,000lbs. Beth Hale, the dispatcher and owner is very unorganized and lies through her teeth like its nothing.

the main reason they have no money to back their equipment, is because their main contact for loads Barlow, From Faucett, Missouri is double brokering loads through CH Robinson for Hale. which is not right for many reasons, and takes a cut from pay to hale before they even get the load. getting paid is like hassling someone for chump change, and if you don't stay on her for your paycheck on Thursday/Friday she will forget about it, and make you wait till the following week sometime when she has time.

another reason they are a failing company is, they have way to many people that are bosses like her husband who thinks he knows what he's talking about with trucking, but actually doesn't know a thing. and if you plan on leasing a truck on there, you will be forced to buy a trailer cause they are to cheap to let you just pull their trailer, then if you quit after you dumped a lot of money into the equipment to make it road ready and safe, they will take it back and say they had to do massive work to it to make it road ready again, when you got all the receipts to prove you put all the money in to it. then you will have to purchase plates, and pay insurance which is way over priced (probably so they can make more money off you) then when you quit you will not get the plates after paying all the money for them and being told they are your plates.

So to put it plain and simply, they are a failing company that is extremely unorganized, and very untruthful company that will find any way they can to screw you out of as much money as they can to take care of their own bills and give you enough to barely starve. And As For Barlow of Faucett, Missouri. CH, and many other brokers. they should not be recommending this company to people trying to make a living, cause they will screw you enough to lose everything you worked hard for, and have nothing to show for it.
