I caught a 4th degree domestic violence assault charge with alcohol intoxication and was defended by Haley Prevatt Attorney at Law in Lexington, Ky. I was offered state appointed counseling for domestic violence and drug/ alcohol abuse counseling w/ supervised probation for 24 months and random drug tests w/180 days probate.

I did not withhold anything. I explained with attention to details that reveal the facts of the situation. There were no drugs involved and I have no prior history of violence or anything aside a speeding ticket on my record.

I was read rights and began to complete the terms.
