Half Priced Mags took my money but didn't deliver the magazines Internet

In November I ordered a two-year gift subscription to Car and Driver magazine. Two weeks later I ordered another gift subscription to Us Weekly.These magazines were never received by the recipients and I began attempting to contact the company. I could find no telephone number anywhere on the website as well as no address.The only way to contact them was through email.

I sent several emails and finally received a response saying that there had been rate increases by the publishers and they could no longer offer the magazines at the same price (the prices were still the same on their website). They said my credit card account would be credited within 7-10 business days.

I have sent them numerous emails and have yet to receive a credit. It's always the same answer, it's been assigned to someone and a credit will appear on my account.
Don't ever order from this company as it is a complete rip-off!
