half.com FAILED PAYMENT FOR PAY PERIOD FROM HALF.COM No customer support to resolve issue. Beware. Internet

I sold a bunch of books on half.com.  Thinking they would sell easier than ebay since when I think of buying a book for cheap I go to half.com.  However, I was not aware of their new payment method to pay you by pay period not by book sold.  Once I realized this I had 16 books up for sale and had to edit my "payment method" to receive payment.  THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR HALF.COM.  I repeat HALF.COM DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT! NADA! NONE! ZIP!  So I continued to email numerous emails addresses for customer support and I called different numbers for customer support.  The numbers were all automated and I never received a response from any of the emails I sent out.  Granite this is not a ton of money that I made in selling my books but I still am owed the money.  I am still the person that took the time to list 16 books, I am still the one who purchased shipping and packaging to mail the books and I am still the one that purchased and sold the books in the 1st place...o-and ya, I am still the one that paid half.com their commission out of what sold.  So why have I not received a response or payment for my sales?  Half.com you have lost my support.  I use to tell all of my friends to buy from you and save money, now I warn them to stay away.  And my future book sales will be posted else where.  For those thinking of using half.com.  If you don't get paid you can kiss it good-bye, and all the time you put into listing your item and the cost it cost you to package, ship and buy the book in the 1st place.
