Hammer Properties Run By David Martin and Ben Hewitt They posed as a company specialising in obtaining rate reductions for indistrial premises. Followoing various up front payments and a deluge of paperwork nothing at all happenned Ilford Essex

Following a telephone contact by personel from Hammer Properties with a story regarding them being able to obtain reductions in the rates of the industrial premises we occupy , it was explained that for £100.00 deposit and a £500.00 follow up payment they would instigate a investigation of rates levels of our premises with the local council.  The promise was that if they were not able to negotiate a rate rebate then the  £500.00 would be refunded.   After recieving no communication for over six months, we find they are no longer contactable by phone or email.

It would appear that this is a scam.  They obtain your money and offer nothing in return.    How do we contact them, or get our money back?  Anybody know of their wherabouts.   No doubt they are continuing the scam under another name.

Beware before entering any aggreemewnts or parting with money.   They give genuine companies a bad name.
