HammerTyme Construction Earl Lumas Stole money from me,wanted me to file a false insurance report paid him for work that was never completed.He scammed me out of $3000 Belleville Illinois

On 11/5/11 I hired HammerTyme Construction to do some house repairs for me. These repairs included roof repair, replacement of bedroom and bathroom doors, and to also repair my kitchen counter. There was also new window installed but it was partially done. The total for the contract was $2618. The only thing that was done was a patch job on the roof(which still leaks) and the window was partially installed. No inside repairs were ever done. I paid HammerTyme Construction $2377 out of my own pocket. HammerTyme construction stated that the damage should be reported to my insurance company. The insurance estimate was for $3302.50, this meant more money for him. No more work was ever done. I cancelled him as my contractor.

All i want is the money that is owed to me. I paid HammerTyme Construction $452 towards the insurane claim to get started this was money he told me I would get back once the insurance check cleared.  He did a patch job on the roof and no receipts were ever produced. I had the roof inspected were HammerTyme was supposed to have repaired, but upon inspection I was told no work was ever done and a blue tarp was placed on the roof.
