After seeing it advertised on TV today, I decided to order an Insta Hang as a Christmas present, but immediately after making my purchase, it sure seems suspicious to me.  My intent was to order one set, but the checkout process was really confusing.  I kept expecting it to show me what my order looked like before I actually purchased it, but it never did, and the next thing I knew, my final order was charged against my credit card for "two sets" at higher prices and shipping and handling than was advertised.  Instead of paying around $20, I was charged over $80.  When I tried to call the company's 800 number, I immediately got a message saying, "all our circuits are busy," then I was hung up on.  When I tried to go back to the same web site where I placed my order, I kept getting the following fatal error:

"Server Error in '/' Application.

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing  a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible.  Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to  allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not  open a connection to SQL Server) Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web  request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and  where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific  error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not  found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that  SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes  Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL  Server)

Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the  current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the  exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below."

I looked at reviews before purchasing and they were all pretty positive."  When I experienced problems cvontacting the company, I went back and selected one.  I tried the link to the "Insta Hang" (featuring a picture of it) from the review and was sent to Amazon.com's site with a picture of the "Instahanger;" a different product altogether, that Hampton Direct also markets.   I sent an email to the reviewer (he encouraged anyone to contact him and provided his address), but it was a ruse to dupe unsuspecting consumers into buying the "Insta Hang" and they don't actually exist, because I immediately received an email failure notice.

I contacted my credit card company to cancel the whole mess!
