I purchased two boxes of 8 pack Wonder Hangers from a flea market while on vacation in Florida in November 2009.  When attempted to use them, I placed 5 pairs of little girls size 16 pants on the hanger and placed the Wonder Hanger on the rod in my closet.  After two days of hanging, the hooks on the Wonder Hanger straightened out and gave way...causing the clothing items, with hanger, to fall on the floor of my closet. 

I contacted the company's customer service department today as displayed on the website and spoke to a lady named Darlene.  She said she couldn't understand why they did that because they are to be able to hold the weight of 5 winter coats.  She then went on to tell me that unfortunately since I did not purchase the item through them they would not be able to replace the items nor give me a refund.  I explained to her that it is STILL a product of their company and they should stand behind their product.  She repeated that they would not be able to help me with regard to replacement or refund, however, she could take my information and forward it to her supervisor.

GREAT!  This helps me how?  If you can't stand behind your product, then why bother having a customer service department for the consumer to contact?  Needless to say I am sitting here knowing I wasted my time and money on this product.  Just wanted to forward this information along in case this has happened to anyone else.  If you haven't had this issue, consider yourself a lucky one.
