Firstly this is the first time I have heard of them agreeing to the contractor doing the job. If they hire him, than it means he is working for them, if he does not, then why was he on my property (this is Dave, who is their nephew) as far as I'm concerned he was doing most of the job.

When the differences came to light with Thomas, he diappeared from my site without as much as a word, and Dave (who supposedly does not work for them) came back to say he was going to finish the job going forward. Who agreed that the SPA cannot be installed after the deck is done because they did not know where this spa will exactly have to be place. The 80" diameter they were asking to have open for the spa, was totally false. This was very apparent when the SPA was delivered after many threats to them.
The SPA was supposed to have coping on the top, but it became apparent that this could not happen, so another plan had to be deviced to work around how the coping could possibly be installed, decided it cannot go on top and had to be on the side of the spa. which never got built.
At this point a lot of the piping is being re-done. The owner had never been seen at my site since end of Apr, what is wrong with that picture.
The only person at my site was Dave who apparantely does not work for them, then why was this individual doing my work, and always complaining to me that he was not getting paid for it, and that he was just doing his uncle a favor.
Enough with the lies and referring to the contract and twisiting what was completely a disastrous job, and if these are the standards being used by their company, I can understand why they have been fired from other places that I came to find out while the two individuals were working on my site, but of course did not want to go on the record.
Here is my issue, as soon as the majority of the payment was rec'd they disappeared from the job site and have never been seen here except the nephew and I have repeatedly been told that he does not work for them......now do the math.......
Communication, is not their best skill, in fact it is their worst.....money's paid by me were not utilized for my project.....based on the fact that the guys working in my yard complained on a daily basis they were not being paid......
Enough with the lies.....bottom line the job was not in anyway completed and the owner disappeared from my job site since end of Apr, and they still claim and stick to their fals position that the SPA is installed after, they did not even know how the actual base was of the SPA, and the nephew repeatedly admitted to that fact, a major screw up on Thomas's part.

HSPM has been working with Mr. Muntazir since 2011. For over a year we were in contact sending estimates. Per Mr. Muntazir's request to take off items, change the installation and exchange items/materials to save money.

In March 2012, we sent over our last estimate which lead to signing the contract and us starting. We delivered the pool on 4/17/2012 and proceeded installation. Our first delay began as we had the pool in the ground and filling with water, Mr. Muntazir had ordered a decal he wanted on the bottom of his pool and we were waiting on it to arrive. This was only a 24 hour delay.

Then we were delayed again for a week , this was for Mr. Muntazir to put his tile on the perimeter of the pool, due to him taking this out of our estimate to save cost. Around the 23rd of April Mr. Muntazir decided he could not do the tile and hired a gentlemen ,who works part time for us on occasion as an Independent Contractor but is not employed by HSPM, to complete his tile.

As this is going on we are finishing up our part with plumbing, back filling, rough grade & hooking up equipment. At this point is when you pour your concrete deck. This is another delay due to Mr.Muntazir's cut backs to save money. As of 6/13/2012 concrete deck is not completed. And as you can see from Mr. Muntazir's pictures it is at the spa area where we would be finishing the work, and that can not be done until the deck is completed. 

There are certain installation steps to be taken when installing swimming pools. We follow our guidelines and instructions on every job. There are no exceptions. HSPM backs our work with a workmanship warranty and will not skip steps to get the job done, this would defeat the purpose of our warranty. Mr. Muntazir's job was done like any other job we have done. Which complete installation on a fiberglass pool is 4-6 days. 

The salt water system was another way Mr.Muntazir was cutting back to save money. It is very clear with item number and description on both final estimate and contract , signed by Mr. Muntazir himself, that a Hayward In-Line Chlorination System was what was agreed upon, paid for and at the job site.
 
HSPM is no different then any other construction operation out there today. First, you bid on the job with a detailed description of the merchandise and work. Next, a contract is written up and signed by both homeowner and HSPM Representative. The monies due reflect the work to be done and the items you select. As like every other company, we stick to the contract. You can not receive something you have not paid for or are not willing to pay the difference for if you shall change your mind after signing and construction has began.
