One gets constant mailings from all of these named companies, which are actually one and the same - perhaps withlittle diffence in products offered. They entice the buyer with 'free gifts' of a specific nature, or 3 for 2, or surprise gifts for ordering. It's all a come one, as they usually don't have what they advertise as gifts, or for unknown 'free gifts' it is a worthless item that one just throws away. Can't believe they can afford to send so many mailings in full color which offer these 'great deals', but when you receive your order you can understand why. It is usually quite difficult to reach customer service and not worth it to return items, as it generally costs more in postage than what item is worth. Don't fall for their scams.

I have ordered form Starcrest (and occasionaly from their other stores) for at least 30 years, as best I can remember. I am continually impressed with their merchandise, their prices, the minimal add-on cost, the free gifts and the shipping time. And in recent years -- since being available online, they offer additional discounts! I have probably logged well over 200 orders, and I am always impressed that they include a complete copy of the order, and that I cannot remember one single order that has not been exactly as ordered. They are one of my top three favorites to order from. Love them!

I have had no problems with any of these companies. Products were as represented, allbeit a bit expensive. However they carry things that I don't find anywhere else. And shipping is free. I only order from the free shipping catalogs. Any free gift was sent with order. It doesn't much matter if I have use for them or not, they are free and I just donate them to a thrift store.
