I'm writing a report on a fraud lottery. They sent me a letter saying i won the lottery for $39,000 and sent me a check for $3,900.I took to my bank to cash it and they ask me so many question as i had stolen it. Finally the head man came out and told me that the check wasn't any good. On the letter, it say contact one of my agents Barbara Smith or Micheal Edward 905-598-5082 at as soon as you receive this notification, they will assist you in finalizing your claim. It also say all prizes must be claim by Feb.25, 2009.
