I ordered through internet OEM display for my mobile phone Sony Ericsson w960i. After 15 days I received plastic cover for touchscreen display. Completely wrong piece!!!
When I was ordering the spare part, there was even a photo of display on the web page.

The problem is that the spare part is 21.99$ plus transport fee and is not a big amount of money. It will cost me a lot just to return the part to this..., let's call him "gentleman" and/or speak to him on the phone.

As I can see I am not the only one and this guy is working below radar. You trick few hundred people a month for a few bucks and nobody will complain because it will cost more just to do that.
