hans c nemec is in new orleans trying to pass himself off as a licensed,insured, and bonded plumbing contractor. he is not. he has been ripping off customers for several months after the katrina storm destroyed new orleans. he does shotty work and does not have the expertise to complete the work he starts.the states attorney's office is looking for him for being a fruad so if you come into contact with this man please be careful he's out to get your money and will rip you off in a heart beat!
this man says he is from illinois, and he has a story about how the state has messed up his license when the truth is he is using another company's license number without permission. he has been suspended from the better business bureau due to not having a contractors LICENSE or INSURANCE. people in louisiana be careful this man is a crook .he aslo collects social security disability from the government and did not report anything to them about him being able to work a normal job/ this man is a liar and a cheat as well as a thief. this man is not a licensed plumber and has no licensing in louisiana or any other state i could find.
watch out he's a liar and a thief!

It is funny that the person who filed this report, answered the phones for me, and her husband worked for me as well, at no time did i just take anybodys money nor did i mislead anyone,i am a lic plumber and further more there is no state charges filed against myself.. this person is nothing but a digrunteled employee who could not run my business or buy into it..and the part where i am a lier and a theif is so untrue..people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
I have done alot of work in new orleans and not one person filed a complaint against me.. i have done work for the school system there as well as many city employees and residential customers. many of them still owe me money for jobs that were completed. so i am responding to this to get the record straight!! i am not a theif or a lier and never just took peoples money..
