Sent Hans a figurine aver 2 years ago 2010. Paid in full said it will take 10 months to complete O.K. 10 months later-sorry we had a flood will take longer. Now if you are able to contact him by phone he keeps giving excuses. Said that in one week the figurine will be shipped out. 2 months later no answer on the phone. Wife Also a real estate agent will not answer phone calls at work or at home. It is now July 11,2012 still no figurine or contact with him.
Hans according to the net has a beautiful house, 2 business locations outside the home one Sleepy Hollow and Peekskill both in NY., about 6 phone numbers, 2 houses in florida, Sarasota and Fort Meyers. Checked property appraisers office in both counties and sure enough its listed in his and wifes' name. Hans will scam you!! He may sell your item on Ebay! Can see that he is a seller. All this and more information is on the internet. Search for his businesses and by name. If you don't want your broken items send it to Hans he may fix and sell on Ebay for you??!! Cause you don't get the item back. No refunds or thank you either.  If his name is attached seek another company or person. He doesn't care that you are calling him he's too busy for you. He's far to interested in his web designing and Real Estate business to care.

I can't stress it enough to stay well clear of anything this man has a hand in.
