  How can this CA LLC work every state, she is not a foreign corporation. Yet you see her in Mississippi, UTAH, DC, Oregon and many more. How is this possible without a foreign corporation in these states.Each state I looked at says she has no  corporation in those states. Then you have her say on her site that all these girls are employees about 26 girls. And her business profile says she has 5 employees. So you tell me how does she work all these states with 5 employees and no paper trail in these states. In my personal opinion she has no right to send these girls out on these jobs in all these states. I could be wrong so I have asked  each states to look into this since I am not an attorney for me. But people prospering at the stake of everyone else is just wrong.  The girls she is sending out are being lied to, the families that hire her thinking these girls are employees are being lied to .  Under ground economy is just wrong it steals from social services and affects all the poorest kids in our nation. These are just my personal opinions .

 Now are friend Lacie has been advertising in other states. She is a  CA LLC not a foreign. She has no legal right to work other states. These girls are not legal there and most I question here. According to Find a business she is a Day care in Santa Cruz with 5 employees  working Santa cruz only not 26 employees working many states and all of CA. I have found no license in cities in CA not one. She is required one for each city she works in. On her site it says'' each performer is a real employee and carries liability, ask for a copy.' With a big picture of all the girls.' So someone is deceptive and misleading the public or the goverment or the insurance company or her employees. Because all of this does not match up. I know for sure she is not a foreign corp because I looked up each state. Now what does that mean to the public, it means when you have most of her girls come into your home chances are they have no insurance and are not employees.Insurance policys do not blanket cover just anyone under the name of the company. It also means that these young girls without license and insurance are responsible for any wrong doing also. Now what it means to the state is under ground economy, money being robed from social services,CPS, Foster care, headstart. Children left in life threating homes because the state has no money due to under ground economy.I have sent this to the state of CA to find out the truth of all of this for she has done this a long time.For none of this matches up. I believe in my personal opinion that EVERYONE is being Deceived, mislead and lied to including her employees. Espically the families. Giving balloons to kids and face painting can make someone lose their home if there is a problem.She is indangering peoples security by such practices.  My work is for public safety and all those who work with me do  believe in the FTC LAWS of no false advertisment.
