Happy Beaver Brewery Ric Brown Julie Neuman-Brown Health Violations, Explosive Diarrhea, Free Roaming Rats Hudsonville Michigan

Ric Brown and his wife Julie Neuman Brown aka Happy Beaver Brewery are somewhat friends of mine but their beer is really that bad and the sanitary conditions around his brewing area are horrendous. As their somewhat friend I've been privy to Ric's drunken comments about the people who drink his beer and how he calls them "classless a-holes who wouldn't know a regular pale ale from an IPA if it jumped up and bit them on the bitter unit!" I feel safe coming forward since he made those comments in front of several of the guys. Also, a lot of his dry product such as hops that are on the bottom row have holes gnawed through the corners of their bags by mice or possibly rats or both; I remember at one time or the other his dingbat rummy wife (who could be entertained for hours with a Wobble Wag Giggle Ball and a fifth of Barcardi) actually had a giant pet rat she was playing with so it's very possible a serious infestation that goes beyond mice has occurred. I saw droppings everywhere with no effort or comment on his part to clean it up or even address the problem! No traps, nada! I shudder to think if poisons are being used!! I do this for the health and safety of the public. Also I saw him so drunk one time rather than going to the restroom, he turned his back and pissed into a plastic pitcher. It would be mildly entertaining if he wasn't brewing beer for public consumption in the same room and likely using that same pitcher in that process. Personally I never drink his beer anymore after having his pumpkin beer that tasted and smelled like a cat in heat sprayed urine in it. He explained it was supposed to be tart so I finished it and 45 minutes later while at the bowling alley, I was sitting on the john when I leaned forward and puked on the floor and simultaneously, involuntarily, sprayed rotten pumpkin smelling diarrhea all over the back of the toilet in an accidental 'upper decker.' Not since the days of Hot n Now burgers has my body been wracked so horribly and for 4 days! Soon after is when I started to nonchalantly investigate the sanitary conditions of Ric's brew area and saw the rodent damage to the dry ingredients and their droppings. One particular smattering of poo stayed hidden behind the same bag of hops for six weeks! That's when I knew this wasn't an isolated incident but a dirty b****** with zero respect. Never drink Happy Beaver Brewery beer unless you enjoy the rich full bodied flavor of mouse/rat tinkle/poopie, the smell of cat spray and God only knows what made at the hands of an incompetent amateur with hygiene issues.
