Happy Computers Don Groves Incompetent Computer Technician North Port Florida

I hired Don on July14, 2017 to move my data from old desk top computer to new one.  There were no glitches with my old desk top, I simply wanted a new one.

He is incompetent and irresponsible.  Months of data and updates are missing.  (As if he forgot to save my data before transferring it so the data that got transferred was from an earlier save date.) He lost months of data from my Windows 10 word processesor.  He did something so now my word processing is through Livre and it won't let me get to my old documents without information such as a product key or they want money to purchase it.  My iTunes library is messed up, playlists are gone, artists and cds are missinge and now if I pull up a cd each song is listed twice so if I play a cd each song plays twice before going to the next song.

I called to get him to fix this but he never got back with me.  Over the past 4 1/2 weeks I've called and left messages, emailed and even tried to set another appoinement through his website.  He has answered nothing nor has he had someone else contact me.  He simply vanished.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe an emergency of some kind came up but that doesn't change the fact that I'm out $160 for a job that wasn't done competently and then dropped, period.  He's had 4 1/2 weeks to contact me or get someone else to but he's done nothing. This is not a professional company.  If your data is important to you, don't hire Don Groves with Happy Computers.
