Happy Trade Online / www.keenshoesstoreonline.com Deceptive web site for Keens.; Sent wrong boots, via their shipping comp. Now I must pay an extra USD 101, via western union, and then they can complete my order. I have already been charged for my keen boots. I have asked on repeated attempts, for a refund.  Hong Kong China

This company cannot fill me order. They have said that I shall be receiving a mystery gift for my troubles. Errrr, what about my boots. Via email - well keep the ones you accidentaly received since it would cost me much money to send back. What? The boots are 2 sizes too small and some unknown company in China. Through all this communication, I have no response about my refund nor the boots I paid for. I have called the main office in Hong Kong and it is busy, no matter what time of the day I have tried. I ordered and paid for a pair of 8.5 Keen boots off the web site. 12 days later I receive a package from China; with a chinese invoice. Tracking number matched. I opened the package and their was a pair of 6.5 womens boots from some company in China.

Without going into specific dates and emails - I was told the following: Keep the boots I received as a special gift even though they admitted the shipping company mixed up the order. That it would cost me too much money to send back. I will also receive a special gift for my troubles.

There has been no response to repeated emails requesting a refund. ($144.60) There has been no answers as to where my boots are or if I am ever to get them. I was instructed, in one email, to send USD 101 via Western Union so my order could be completed. What?

I have called the Main office, in Hong Kong, at different hours of the day. There is always a busy signal. I requested a phone number and was never provided one, through the multitude of email request. I can only find the one number on the NET.

So I here I sit, waiting and hoping I wasn't screwed. The web site is deceiving. You have no idea you are ordering from a wholesale whse in Hong Kong.
