I ordered a birthday e-card from this company and it was not delivered. We exchanged emails for over a week and they continued to claim that it was delivered. I assured them that it had not been delivered. They continuted to make excuses e.g. look in the spam and junk mail. We did that, and again, it was not delivered. They then told me to dig deeper and gave me instructions on how to look further into the span email and junk email. We had already done all of that, and again, it was not delivered. I eventually told them to keep the $10 as I do not need it that bad. I told them that I would put poor reviews up on every possible website so that other consumers are not taken as I was. Its not the $10 or the fact that my wife did not receive the card. I am more upset that they continued to inadvertantly call me a liar and argued that the card was delivered when it had not been. Do not use this service. There is a phone number on the website that when called gives you an automated message that the number is restricted and cannot be reached. I guess that says it all right there. They are unreachable and apparently unwilling to give customers refunds when they do not deliver.
