Harbor Credit - San Diego Ran my credit under false pretenses - LIARS! Unprofessional Company - Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Abusive Customer Relations. San Diego California

I was the one who contacted Harbor Credit. They never contacted me first. Your form does not give me an option to choose if this is applicable or not.

My complaint is that I spoke with Jason for at least 20 minutes via chat to find out more about this company, and if they could help me get a car financed. I was very specific with the type of vehicle I wanted. Jason told me it shouldn't be a problem. So after he assured me that getting financed would most likely not be a problem, I went ahead and applied for a loan. When I called them back today, a real jerk who was very unprofessional and very condescending to me, and also hanging up the phone on me several times - this guy is named Tom Dorlig...he is now telling me they do not have the kind of car I wanted. If I had known this, I would not have let them run my credit. So they took my credit application under false pretenses and I am reporting them. I hope you can do something about this because now I have an unnecessary inquiry on my credit report that dropped my fico score down because they lied to me.

In addition, Jason told me that Harbor Credit was the lender. When I talked to Tom today, I found out that they are NOT the lender - they just take loan applications!

Thanks guys! I really appreciate you're wasting my time, being extremely rude to me, lying to me, and falsely representing yourselves! I have not only put a complaint against you on RipOffReport.com, but I also reported you to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB in your area.

It was NOT a pleasure doing business with you!
